NEW YORK - 11th February 2011

Rebecca Minkoff

A fall collection done to a rocher-chic type of girl with the performance of the band The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger. This colletion had a very well made equilibrium between rock and girly, making it so very wearable. I personally would wear most of the pieces that passed on that runway, especially those skinny pants with snakeskin patches on the knees.

Doo.Ri

Known for her drapping, this collection was no exception. A beautiful minimalist collection mixed with drapping made in a very simple color pallet. Beautiful.

Jason Wu

A big buzz was created around the so much expect collection from Jason Wu. Thankfully he did true to all this fuzz. Offering perfectly tailored clouthes, women's wear in an androgenous way (as it is very much in vogue) but with a very girly detailing: polkadot tights, veils, bows, lace and, of course, his signature feather dress in black and nude.

RAG&BONE

Once again a big fuzz created around this much expected collection. Geometric patterns, knit wear, layering... this all contributed to a enumerous statement pieces on this fall's collection.

Love,
G.
